This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through jollienu.com, operated by JOLLIE, a brand owned and operated by WITIWITI LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("JOLLIE," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Shipping Area and Costs
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders containing more than two (2) bags, unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
3. Shipping Transit Times
Estimated shipping time is 4–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Total estimated delivery time is 5–13 business days from the date of order placement.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Holidays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers, including:
United States Postal Service (USPS)
FedEx
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor shipment status via the carrier's tracking system.
6. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
JOLLIE (WITIWITI LLC) is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy (if applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests outside the permitted window.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Failure to claim the package
Refusal of delivery
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
If the customer chooses not to reship the package, a refund may be issued less original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
JOLLIE (WITIWITI LLC) is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file claims for lost or stolen shipments.
